Kevin Garton​

Home Consultant

Kevin’s career in the building industry has spanned over 35 years. Innovation and progress are key motivations for Kevin, who has worked as a residential and industrial builder and who pioneered New Zealand’s transportable housing market with his previous business. Strand Homes’ prefab approach compounds Kevin’s vision to find alternatives to traditional methods and to make building more efficient and economic.

Vincent Garton ​​

Home Consultant

Having designed and sold over 100 homes in Northland, Vincent possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in the residential construction industry. As a Strand Homes’ consultant, Vincent’s strength lies in his ability to seamlessly guide kiwi families through the new home process, listen to their ideas, and translate them into a home, on time and on budget. Shanon Garton ​​​

Home Consultant

Shanon has been involved with residential construction for over 15 years, with a particular focus on prefabrication. As a qualified carpenter, prefab frame & truss detailer and also licensed design practitioner, he brings a wealth of design experience & building knowledge to the team. With an eye for detail and passion for delivering quality homes on time & on budget, Shanon will ensure your new home project runs smoothly and efficiently from the very start.
