Shanon has been involved with residential construction for over 15 years, with a particular focus on prefabrication. As a qualified carpenter, prefab frame & truss detailer and also licensed design practitioner, he brings a wealth of design experience & building knowledge to the team. With an eye for detail and passion for delivering quality homes on time & on budget, Shanon ensures the project runs smoothly and efficiently from the very start.
Kevin’s career in the building industry has spanned over 35 years. Innovation and progress are key motivations for Kevin, who has worked as a residential and industrial builder and who pioneered New Zealand’s transportable housing market with his previous business. Strand Homes’ prefab approach compounds Kevin’s vision to find alternatives to traditional methods and to make building more efficient and economic.
Having designed and sold over 100 homes in Northland, Vincent possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in the residential construction industry. Leading Project Management, Vincent draws on his wealth of client experience to seamlessly deliver new functional homes at a quality standard that he knows is important to Kiwi families.
Having recently joined the company, Harvey comes from a background of working with family businesses to grow through professional products and services. With a background in sales and marketing, he is passionate about quality and customer service and has an interest in property development and design.
