Our Process

1. Initial Site Consultation

We provide an initial cost estimate and floor plan as the journey to your dream home begins and one of our team start matching your ideas with the house site and surrounding environment.

2. Concept Plans & Costing

A design consultation is held, building specifications are finalised and an architectural designer begins to develop the brief for your new home. We then provide a proposal based on the finalised concept plans.

3. Finish & Colour Scheme

Our new homes consultant meets with you to decide on finishing and colour scheme and the vision for your house begins to take shape.

4. Council Consent/Contract

Our team prepare and present you with a fixed price contract and working drawings are finalised and submitted to council to begin the consent process.

5. Construction

Once council consent is received, construction of the home begins at an agreed date. Strand project manages the build from start to finish and construction is planned to make the job as efficient and streamlined as possible. Regular progress and site meetings will be held .

6. Move In Day

Construction is completed! Strand will hand over the keys and you are ready to move into your quality, affordable and modern home.
