Buying a finished home.

Strand Homes has new homes coming to the market fully finished and ready to move in, listed through a registered Real Estate Agent. Engage with the team to find out if there are any coming to market soon in your desired location. You will have the opportunity to walk through the home and get a feel of how it works for you. A great option for family’s that want to move in quicker and makes it easier to secure suitable finance. 

Buying a package off the plans.

Engage earlier in the build process with Strand and secure better pricing on the turnkey package. A great option for family’s that don’t have the time pressure of moving in straightaway, and are able to deal direct with the Strand team and not come under pressure from other buyers on the open market. The overall process is as follows:


Engage with Strand. Talk to the team to find out what packages are coming up in the region. 


Find your home. Find the home that ticks your boxes in your desired location.


Sign up early. Purchase the land upfront by way of a standard Sale & Purchase agreement, as well as entering into a fixed price build contract for the commencement of the build. 


Building begins. The construction will begin and as key milestones are reached throughout the build process, progress payments will be required. 


Completion. Once final council approval has been granted, the keys are yours and you can move into your new home.
