  • Stay in the loop: talk to us about what’s coming to market in your preferred area and we’ll point you to the best fit.

If you’re looking to move quickly, this is often the most straightforward path.

Buying a House & Land Package

House & land packages let you lock in a clear plan early — with fixed-price clarity and a simpler build journey.

Start the conversation. Tell us what you’re aiming for — location, budget, bedrooms, and timeline. If you already own land, that’s fine too. We’ll confirm what’s realistic and what’s available.

Match the home to the site. We’ll help you select a package (or shape one) that suits the land and how you want to live — practical layout, good orientation, and sensible inclusions.

Confirm pricing and contract path. Choose the approach that fits your situation:

  • Turnkey (fixed price with a deposit, balance on completion), or

  • Progress payments as the build moves through stages (where applicable).

We’ll make sure you understand what’s included and what your next steps are.

Build begins. Once everything is locked in, we start construction and keep you informed with clear updates as milestones are reached.

Completion and handover. When the final approvals are complete, we hand over the keys — and your home is ready for life.
